- Direct Placement is service that allows you to hire the candidate as a full time employee from day 1.
- iNc EMPIRE does all of the recruiting, pre-screening, and initial interview before you ever see a resume.
- Once a candidate is selected as a fit for your position, you will receive a summary of the interview along with the candidates resume. If you choose to interview them, we will schedule the interview for you.
- If you choose to hire that candidate, iNc EMPIRE will negotiate the offer with the candidate for you and provide them with your offer letter. Once they have accepted and signed the offer letter, we will provide that to you. Depending on your onboarding process, we are here to help for a smooth process to their first day.
- You will not receive an invoice for this service until the candidate's first day of work.
